I am considering buying an RV lot or possible low cost lake lot to park my 5th wheel. Looking for central MN (Brainerd lakes / Mille lacs area). I am looking to spend around 10-15K on a place. Curious if anyone has any reviews or recommendations. I would like specific reviews of deeded ownership lots in those areas, as well as reviews of people that have done this in the past. Looking for a place that is friendly for kids and dogs, and good fishing nearby. Thank you in advance.
