My overhead door is not level across the bottom
My plan is to take out .25″ below the low spot. I’ve used a self leveling product called Set 45 before. Is there something better to use? 2.5″ x 108″ is the area to patch. After 31 years living here it finally came up on the to do list.

Ardex. But patching a quarter inch is nothing I’d recommend. But ardex is the product I would use

    1/4″? I’d say that’s within tolerance.
The seal on your door should make that up.

Where would I purchase Ardex? There s 3/8″ difference from high to low spot. Put new weather seal on but still see light through it.

You can get ardex at home depot or menards. It’s spendy at 90 bucks for a 40lb bag but that would be the only product I would use

I used Quikrete Vinyl Patch on my sidewalk 15-20 years ago. It had a bunch of pits from salt. Some places were less then 1/4″ thick. It has held up shockingly well. Zero issues as of yet.

Dont want to hijack, but can Ardex be used to repair spalling?
I’ve got a couple areas inside my garage that have spalled where my wifes rear tire wells are (assuming from the winter salt/slush melting off over time).
If so, would CP or TRM be best?
    Thanks

Most all masonry mix manufacturers have a product for any type of repair.
Follow the directions especially when it comes to the prep.

Yes. I’ve used it for that. I use the cd fine Ardex.

I’ve even used some with small pea gravel mixed in and repaired a broken edge about 4” deep. Going on several years and looks great.
