Whites and eyes on Mac

Spent Saturday afternoon and evening on the water with the kids.We had a blast.Tried trolling a little with the flicker shads long A’s and hot n tots till the whites came up.That tree I showed Ben had a couple eyes by it.They really liked the flicker shad in the bronze color .Not sure what the name is for it.Caught a couple white in the first 15 minute then the gulls started working and the whites went nuts.They really liked the green colored traps.Don’t know just how many we had but they were up over 4 hrs and never slowed down.My son had a double attack his trap hooked em both.The gulls were a little thick though. 1 thought my daughters green trap would be a good suppper.Luckily it missed the hooks and just got a little tangle d in the line.Made for an easy release with no one or the bird be much the worse for wear.

Starting Friday, I will be out there 6 out of 10 days. If you are out this weekend and see the IDA sticker, stop and say . Thanks for the report Shark

Right now the plan is to be on the water most of Saturday and Sunday.Probably mainly out west South of Lemoyne.But plans change.

I went down last night for a little bit to take my dog for a swim. There was only 1 boat on the water from the north ramp and not a camper to be seen.I’ll try to get some pics up.Looks a lot better that way to me.
