Being a older guy I suppose it makes sense that my favorites are older shows. The Honeymooners, All in the family, Bob Newhart, are some of the older ones. Big Bang was pretty good. Seinfeld was good but he often lost me on what the point was.

If you include movies then Eddie Murphy with RAW and Richard Prior jump right up there.

Sometimes I think we just don’t laugh enough anymore. lol

If I ever need one of those real hard laugh out loud moments I throw in the movie, Planes Trains and Automobiles. I know what line is coming and i still laugh every time. Comedy gold.

Hard to be funny and politically correct at the same time. Being funny ends up offending somebody.

The first 3 seasons of MASH will always crack me up no matter how many times I have seen them! On the movie side – Christmas vacation does the same for me. The other person in my house is not amused by either.

After seeing every episode about 50 times I am finally about ready to give up my Monday, Tuesday and Thursday marathons on Comedy Central.

For those of you with Hulu you need to watch Letterkenny, it’s the funniest show I’ve seen in decades. It helps to have closed captioning on though as they speak Canadian English jester . Netflix has a ton of great comedy specials, Joe Rogan, Bert Kreischer and the GOAT Dave Chappelle among many others all have some relatively new ones that are awesome.
