Colvill ramp now open

    Not to steal your thread, but…is that ramp named after William Colvill, who lead the 1st Minnesotans on a suicidal charge at Gettysburg on July 2nd???

    Yes, i do believe the ramp and park are named in honor of colonel Colvill.
