Crow’s Butte State Park

    Perhaps someone could help me…..can you still launch at Crow’s Butte? (Washington side of the Columbia R.) and if so, any reports of descent fish being caught below McNary…say Irrigon,OR….what kind of tactics work good at this time of year?
