    Brian,
Are you saying PFDs attract fish?

And, if so, does color matter?

I don’t know, I think it’s more about the time spent on the water. The Pros that catch large fish spend more time on the water and realize there’s a chance for them to unexpectedly end up in the drink. They want those odds in their favor. Just a guess.

I agree. I wear the PDF just in case. I fish mostly at night by myself. I find myself thinking every once in a while… ok if I fell in … NO ONE but barges are out on the water to help or hear me.

BTW I am not a pro …. no where near as good as some other guys out here on the Columbia.

Dan I have been asking the samething where did they go or are they gone ?
I had about the same results as you this year just 2 nice fish at 10# and thats it. not a normal year water was a little lower than normal water temps a bit higher, bait hard to tell it seem like about the same . Not sure what went on. the net was out same spot as it has been .Is it there just to much preasure on these fish and there getting fewer? I fished a few tourney’s this year and not as many big fish weighted in but about the same weights to win . Are the Big old fish a thing of the pasted? Full moon coming water temps still ok for trolling Going to try acouple of nite’s next week and see if things get better .maybe I’ll see out there.
I have talk to you a few time’s on the launch maybe we can exchange note’s next time.
