    Hey Everyone,

Curious what seem to be your jig/spoon, etc, colors of choice when ice fishing? Regardless of water clarity. What seems to be the color(s) you are always reach for?

    Walleyes?
    Panfish?
    Pike?

    Thanks!

Pink. Always my #1 go-to color on the ice, regardless of where i’m fishing or what i’m fishing for.

I like sticking to greens and browns, but color selection can vary day-to-day. I try to match my presentation to what the specific species might be eating.

I like to start with pink and white for panfish and firetiger for pike.

noob here- do you match the plastic to the jig color or mix n match?

i picked up the “pro pack” by panfish plastics with all the colors so i’m set on colors- just not sure what jigs to be using.

I do up some collar-less ball head jigs in 1/64 and 1/80 using #8 and #10 hooks respectively. For color I let the plastic take care of it unless I want a glow head and I do a few of green and red glow for those.
