Colliflower downrigger mounts

I purchased two last year and they worked pretty well with a pair of older big Jon electrics running 8lb balls. I was curious if anyone had any experience mounting a heavier downrigger and running heavier balls. I just purchased two Scotty 1116 with pedestals and would like to run 12 lb balls for togue down to 150 feet. My concern is that the single bolt on the mounts might not be strong enough to handle this setup.
