The yellows are biting! I had a lot of fun catching these yellow bass last weekend. Actually, I didn’t catch many but my new fishing buddies age 12 and 14 put the smack on them. I baited a lot of hooks with crawlers and a few seconds later would be taking off fish. We slip bobbered in 3 ft. of water and could stay in one spot for an 1 hour before it would slow down. We also caught 3 small eyes which was a first for the 12 year old cousin.

Hoping to make it over next week during the week. Doc gave me the okay to get out and do some fishing 
Says it would be good therapy for my shoulder
