Does anyone have a report on the Walleyes on Clear Lake? Wondering if anybody has done any good recently. Any info would be appreciated as i live 2 hours away.

Clear Lake Action?

I got out on the lake Sunday morning from about 7:00 a.m. until I was driven off the lake by jetskies and their allies the powerboaters. There were heavy rains both Friday and Saturday night and when my alarm went off at 5:00 I went back to sleep until the worst of the storm blew over. Anyway, I didn’t ding any eyes. Fished with leeches and crawlers off of Dodge’s point and the island. Also trolled cranks over both areas and out from the Baptist camp. If I were to fish Clear Lake from now until the weather cools down, I’d either plan to fish at night or troll. I’ve never done well in warm weather up there during the day.
