Clam Ice Chair

Anyone use the Clam Ice Chair or have a better alternative to free up your hands a bit when running around on the ice?

Woah…let’s be realistic here…

I just picked one up so I have yet to use it. my plan is to use it for any ice fishing derbies where I can’t use my flip over house or when I want to go lite and just fish out in the open. I like it for the fact that I can put four rods in it and then put my jig box and plastics in the other pouches on it. I have a system set up where I will have everything in it except the auger and flasher and heater. I am also pairing this with my new this year Clam Transport sled. it holds 3 – five gallon bucket which one will hold my heater, the second one will hold the flasher, and the third will be for any fish I would decide to keep. then on the one side of the sled I have my Clam Tamarack hub house and my Clam Drill plate auger setup and then the other side will be where I put the Clam Chair. plus adding the pulling harness to the whole setup will make it hands free.
