Going to LOW in 2 weeks. First time @ Northwest Angle. Fishing muskie mostly, but will do some walleye fishing. I imagine jig & minnow will be the go-to starting out lure, but how about moxies? What colors for that type of water? Thanks!

When we were up there in June for the Scatter Rap Challenge and a couple of weeks of fun fishing. Moxies in PB&J and Pro Blue worked great. Wouldn’t hesitate to grab orange core, oyster shell, and firecracker chart.

The one thing I wouldn’t take a trip up there without is a boat load of #6 Rippin’ Raps. They are extremely versatile. I know James can vouch on this one, it was an awesome bait up there. Gold Chrome, Firetiger, Helsinki Shad, Brown Crawdad are all good colors.

Leadcore will be phenomenal around Garden and south into the Basin. I couldn’t stress enough how awesome the Scatter Rap worked up there. All the videos you’ll need on fishing Lead on LOTW are on the SRC page.
