Seriously though, there’s nothing more frustrating than when something that seems so simple just won’t work. In these cases I just don’t care if I look like a dumbass for asking.

Does the lever have to be unlocked to turn it?
They make 2 different models, the Sure-Lok and the Tilt-Lok. The Tilt-Lok do not swivel after they are installed, are you sure that you have the Sure-Lok?

I don’t think so. I tried that and nothing happened.
Pretty sure I have the one that swivels, I took it back to SBC and they got it to work. In fact it worked for me ONCE. Now, nothing again. I’m sure there are more important things in life, however when I’m trying to adjust the damn things I can’t think of any.

The swivel Lock on the cisco mounts pull strait up, once you have them up you turn it in the direction you want it to go. its an inter locking key system that will lock back into place after it is turned into the direction you want it to go and the pressure is released from pulling up on the electronic mount. Think of each side like inter locking teeth they will not turn unless the are pulled completely away from one another.
