About all I had time to do was to walk out onto the dock on S. Center, looks to be a few feet low and there is going to be a whole bunch of weeds, they are already getting going. Saw bass and gills cruising the inside weedline, gills are not quite on the beds. So there you go!
That is what I needed to know I gotta go up for a family emergenct but plan on dragging up the boat to get out for a few hours for a little relaxing too. I have a prime spot for pre spawn gills and crappies that produces every year 
I also plan to smack an eye or to in the dark I hope plan to hit N. Center for a change though 
I’d love to be able to spend more time up there, I know the size of the gills have seemed to improve over these last 2 years, the crappie are still a bit small, and I can’t seem to find any walleye, just bigger gills when we run the outside of the weed lines.
