Green Lake, Looking to catch some sunnies!!

    Hey anyone been on green lake lately?? looking to take kids out fishing this weekend, try for some sunnies!! anyone with any info?? thanks

    They can be found both deep and shallow. Throw out some tips ups for pike/bass and fish for sunnies in shallows. Or you can find the fish out in the deeper water close to a steeper shoreline. You will need a flasher to find the fish there and may take some moving around, but there are fish in both areas. If you stay toward dark you will find some crappies in both areas too.

    Is there any lakes with decent size sunnies around?? thats bitting now??

    If you want anything big enough to keep might wanna stick to crappies in chisago area….sorry but there is A LOT of sorting to do not saying there are no decent fish but you gotta be on them N. Center would be my go to i guess if anywhere
