    THE EYES IN S.CENTER SEEM TO BE HOT RIGHT NOW , WERE FISHING IN A 16FT HOLE AND JUST POUNDING THEM . DECENT ONES . GOOD FOR THE FRYER …. ICE IS REAL GOOD TO

    sorry about the delay in response to your questions ive been at work …..

    whispering bay is where we pounded them , theres a sixteen ft hole smack in the middle of the bay i got out there about 4:00pm they started really biteing around 6:30-7:00 till about 8:30-9:00 give or take! …. i was useing a jig a whopper lil spoon tipped with a fatty , the chrome ,gold w/red stripe seemed to work the best ..i was about 4-5 feet off the bottom ….. my brother was out last night and got 3 real nice ones …..oh yeah , the crappies are abundent as well !!!!!! good luck

    can you drive 4 wheeler out there?? enough ice right? am sure but asking, and is that the bay in the southeast part of lake??

    Ice is great, full size trucks out on the ice. better than 15 inches. Crappies and sunnies are also on fire. No need to go right in the thivk of the crowds. venture out to about 7-8 feet of water and start with the waxies. I have been there the last 2 nights cleaning house

    It is a walleye lake yes but there is better in the area and with the presure from the last two weekends it sounds like the bigger fish are going lock jaw up there….but to the north now a little that is a different story there

    Will be on s. center tonight till 10……sunrise lake sunrise till noon than to lunch back to n. center lake for walleye in the evening than sunday whereever we did well at..go get them guys!!

    There is a lot more people fishing out there this year than the past few. I’ve been out a few times chasing crappies during the day, but have not went after the eyes. I talked to a buddy that lives on the lake and has gotten them during the week, but he says there is too much noise on the weekend.

    YEAH , THE LAST TIME I WAS OUT ABOUT 3 DAYS AGO I HASD MY TIP UP OUT AND SOME IDIOT COMES SHOOTING AROUND MY SHACK AND RUN RIGHT OVER MY NEW TIP UP SO I CHASED HIM DOWN IN MY TRUCK , AND WELL TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT HE DID END UP PAYING ME FOR IT ….. BUT MAN , I WAS HOT
