Hello everyone- My second official post will be sort of a mini fishing report. I was so excited to now have a name on this web site that I had to throw the Clam and the fishing stuff in the truck after work. I headed up to a favorite spot of mine on Chisago. The ice was still OK but I think the weight of all this snow will make it go fast. This weekend should be fine as well with colder than normal temps. Anyway the fish were on the bite. Spikes seemed to be what they were looking for. Most of the evening the
FL-8 looked like a well lit Christmas tree. Managed to take home 9 bluegills over 9″ as well as 6 crappies about the same size. Overall it was a great night once you weeded thru all the smaller fish. Remember to be safe on the ice. Love2Fish. Happy St. Pat’s Day
