Well my next three weeks has me working- alot! So with a few dozen minnows and some water I needed out of the boat with the chilly weather coming, I thought I’d give the mighty Chippewa in town a little float time. Within 5 minutes of my first spot I nailed a nice walleye, I thought to myself “this could be good”, it was not to be, I caught these two fish in an hour and a half along with some chew offs! Looking at the pictures its hard to believe I am within the city limits of E.C., last report for the year unless it is unseasonably warm in December, gettin geared up for ice fishing season!!!! 
If you have time to put into the river this weekend I’m sure a little more effort would pay big dividends…
