I had the chance to take out Natalie Nyhus and Mike Augustyniak from WCCO’s Saturday Morning News team on ‘Tonka today. We found a few fish, but I don’t want to spoil the show!

I think that would be a 2 minute minor for high sticking. A good way to
get in trouble with ones noodle wink It was only a matter of time before somebody took the low road…might as well be me.

Everything is in-tact, no Precision noodles were harmed in the filming of this story!

Joel, do you have that 24, 28 or 32 inch noodle? Is it stiff enough to handle all of the jobs you need it to? My noodle sometimes lacks the backbone I need these days but maybe is just cause its been used too much already. I guess I could get another one, and I wood if I could, butt the Mrs. isn’t on-board anyway.

Looks like a good way to spend the morning. She is easier on the eyes than your usual fishing partners

Thanks guys, it was a good time. I was however a little disappointed they edited out a comment I made when Natalie was kissing the fish. I thought “no tongue” was quite appropriate whenever putting your lips on a bluegill. Apparently they didn’t.

I’m proud of you for censoring yourself! I’m sure you had 10 other comments suppressed.

That was a great clip! My favorite was when you told her to set the hook (OK, but you really said “All right, jerk it.” but considering the IDO crowd here, that statement is more than a little dangerous) and she gave it a tiny little wrist flip less impactful than a normal jigging stroke. Not making fun of a newbie, but just funny to see the translation of instructions to actions and how we all assume different meanings to words.

Some times the ladies need a little more encouragement to “Jerk It”!

Great video… but better even better commentary from IDOer’s.
