    This sucks. Love the Stones. After a while I think you just assume they’re going to be around forever. Terrible loss for Rock and Roll!

    Terrible news. Big fan here. Have most all of the Stones albums. (US releases) First couple were recorded in mono. shock

    KQ is playing the Stones wall to wall right now! (Edit/correction – Stones top of the hour today)

    Charlie & Keith brought the music to the Stones – jazz, R&B, Country and other influences – that made the music great. Mick is a great showman but was backed by great musicians.

    Charlie’s drums drove all of the Stones’ music but really stood out on songs like ‘You Can’t Always Get What You Want’ and ‘Paint it Black’.

    IMHO, The Stones, best rock group of all time, and their music has stood the test of time as has the group, but now, one is gone…. Thanks for all you have done Charlie…
