changing password

Since the opening of the new site I have not been able to change my password. I have been using the one the site sent me in the email. When I try to change my password I copy in the password issued to me(which works for me to login) and I get an error that my initial password is invalid. Can someone help with this. I have tried several times copying it from the email and hand typing it and it always gives me the same error.

Let me guess. You’re using a Firefox browser?
I had the same issue. I used IE 11 and it worked.
It’s a bug they are working on.
Don’t use IE 8…that’s a mess

Same here. Turned it in to staff again today. I cant remember the computer generated password currently in effect. I use IE11 and its still a mess.

Thanks guys. I was using chrome, but was able to change it using IE 9
