Dad’s First Sturgeon from Rainy River

    Here’s a quick post to get everyone’s blood pumping for the upcoming excursion on the Rainy River. This was my Dad’s first sturgeon caught on the Rainy River this last week. There were sturgeon being caught everywhere and since the walleye bite was slow we decided to chase some sturgeon. I think my Dad is hooked. Al Lindner and crew were also fishing the river shooting an upcoming Rainy River sturgeon show which should be great.

    Tell your Dad congrats on a beaut of a sturg.

    I would guess he is all in for next year.

    Yep, blood is pumpimg. Laeving in 7 days.

    My FW isn’t going up this year and you guys are making my home life miserable.
