Is it too early?

Is it to early to start thinking about the Sturgeon Excursion? I’m so sick of winter and shoveling snow. My poor old boat just sitting there. Ice. Below zero temps. Uggghhh.

    I can’t wait!

I was just talking with Brian Nay at Adrian’s the other day…

He’ll be offering the killer prices on flats or crawlers again this year. Pre order only.

But it’s too early to know the price yet.

On another note, I’m picking up my arm rests that I had recovered next week. I kept the boat seats home to clean them up as the mold was really making them dark last year.

I checked the boat registration before putting it away and I’m still good for 2011 although I’m going to try to have the Coast Guard complete the Voluntary Inspection this spring instead of waiting until fall.

The Garcia 6500’s now all have Courtland’s Masterbraid on them…but I have a rod in for repair that I need to pick up soon. Stepping on guides just doesn’t work.

Lastly, I need to order my copy of LakeMaster’s Contour Pro Elite. I think the 3D “fish eye” view will open up new areas in Sturgeon fishing on the River and possibly Four Mile Bay.

Wonder if the fish eye view can see the US/CA border?

I think the Graunke Clan is out for this year. My Brother recently moved to Portland, and I think we are having a Columbia River Excursion as soon as the shad run starts Come on Bonneville Dam

I am certainly looking forward to finding some open water soon. Winter is starting to cramp my style

I know of a EMT that can bring your breath back when you kiss the big one.

Just think, in about 2 months we should be able to fish down at Mill Ruins. It isn’t just catfish anymore either. I’ve already said to much.
