I started a plus/minus wieght proram for the year 2011.

    My ultimtae goal for 2011.

    30 lb- Flathead
    10 lb- Walleye
    25 lb- Muskie
    -50 lb wieght loss

By my cyfering I think that leaves me with a +15 lb target if all goals are met.

    Welcome to IDO G!

We’ll do what we can to help you…except for the bringing in the kid part.

    My ultimate goal for 2011

Help Laura land a 31 pound flathead.

Spend more time learning the “backwaters of P4”

Finish one thing (to be determined) to make catfishing better in MN for all.

I can’t brag about my fishing success this year – although I did catch my first musky (40″). I did lose 75 lbs in about 16 weeks on MediFast. That is the best diet I have ever tried. Keeping it off with their maintenance program which is part of the package. If you really do need to lose weight, it is well worth considering.
