I strung up my bird feeder with some old worn and frayed Cortland MasterBriad.

Since I have this black squirrel problem, I went with 80 pound test.

So far, it seems strong enough for catfishing.

    Pictures to follow.

I wasn’t counting on the squirrels being this large.

Now if MasterBraid can handle my squirrels, it should be able to handle the little 50 pound flatheads….wouldn’t you think?

And lastly, for the folks that didn’t catch on to the humor here. The line isn’t Masterbraid and this isn’t in my back yard….oh yeah, those aren’t squirrels either.

Are you sure that ain’t the ‘mouse’ that’s keeping your wife out of the garage?

I can get a snake big enough to eat that beast, but it’s gonna cost some dough. But a 22′ reticulated python should easily be able to down a mere black bear.

No, seriously… not kidding. Be careful what you ask for.
