    I found a very interesting book that gives a big picture of sturgeon worldwide. Title:The Philosopher Fish Sturgeon, Caviar and the Geography of Desire
    Author: Richard Adams Carey
    ISBN*: 1-58243-173-6
    Copyright 2005

    It goes over the caviar industry and what impacts it has had on sturgeon species across the globe. Many different species of sturgeon are discussed. Great historical information. It also goes into details of reproduction and the problems of collecting caviar. I would rate it a must read for the serious sturgeon fisherman!

    Where do I get my hands on a copy???? Think the state library system would have a copy?

    Amazon has it, or you could check Borders and Barnes and Noble.
