Ever bobber fish for…

    Has anyone ever bobber fished for sturgeon?

    I saw the stranges thing on saturday morning. I did very well fishing sturgeon last saturday morning and minutes after releasing another sturgeon I saw a 30″ or so sturgeon trying to eat a dead fathead off the top of the water right next to my boat. He wasn’t very sucessful because it took him about 4 tries and about 5 minutes but it was definetly a sturgeon.

    BTW… I was fishing 28 feet of water.

    Anyone else ever see this???

    I have never experienced it in person, but I did see it on a fishing show. And yes they were targeting sturgeon. I believe that the show was taped down south with Jame Lindner. Sorry I couldn’t be more specific.
