About 2 weeks ago I took my daughter out on the boat for the first time. At first she did not know what to think, she either wanted to be on my lap or her mothers lap. After time went by she started moving around and smiling alot more. She started waving and saying hi at every boat that came by us(thank you to the guys that waved back that made her vary happy. ) I decided to bring my lead line and try it if she would get alittle use to the boat and she did so we made one troll down the river and we hooked into a 10lb cat. She helped me hold the rod and tried to reel it in with me. Her eye were the biggest i have ever seen them, she was laughing, screaming, tring to touch it. it was the best day out fishing i have ever had and i only caught one fish but that did not even matter it was awesome. kids rock

Pretty cool memories you’ve started. Looks like you have a fishing buddy. or as my wife would say buddette.

…and you’re not making a sissy out of her by holding it bare handed!

That’s going to be a kodak moment for when you have gray hair!
