A little birdie told me an Ido Member hooked into and landed a 69 x 30″ Lake Sturgeon today. The DNR chart says 97 pounds.

Unless enough people call him with a congratulations and tell him to use Wigwam’s computer to post the story and photos.
Sounds like an awesome fish! Amazing isn’t it, that this fish would be a state record fish, but even if he had a tag, with the length restrictions that they have on the sturgeon, this would be an illegal fish to keep! Man, whoever does finally break that record is going to absolutely crush it! Congrats to you for your catch!
