We were able to make it up for a quick weekend, the bite was good for us with a total of 18 making the way to the boat. Our biggest were a couple that hit the 62″ and 63″ mark. Great battles. We got a few 57″ fish, a few 50+ with the rest filling the gap to make 18. We found Sun to be a better day….less traffic, nice weather…and the bigger fish came on this day. Good friends, good fishing, can’t complain. We also managed a bonus 29″, 10# eye…PB.
Shorter leaders, 12-14″ turned most of the fish.
The chance to hang with good friends and catch some nice fish…what could be better. Each one of us set new “records” for largest fish…no complaints.
