Cats on Zumbro?

    I’m new to the game. So what is working on the lake or below the dam? I also would like some tips for the big river. Any thoughts or ideas are needed for this central mn transfer… Thanks

    Right now people have been catching small cats up to 5 lbs fishing from shore. Casting a rig made up of a bell sinker and a 6-8 inch leader to a circle hook with a couple minnows or nightcrawlers and cast it out into the water and then watch your rod tip for any tattle signs that a fish is on.     Bill- I didn’t know that you were a cat guy too. I thought you were strictly walleye/panfish.
