What do you guys think? I am extremely impressed with the size of many fish in pictures that have been posted in the catfish forum this year, especially from the Minn River. With so many fish over fifty pounds being caught, we know they are only a meal or two away from 60lbs. These are numerous fish too, not just a few we’ve seen. If these fish live 4 or 5 more years they must be approaching record status. Are the bigger fish just hitting a “wall” of a certain age or size where they die off just before the 70lb mark?
