I discovered fishing the last contest that my Shakespeare Ugly Stick Catfish eyelet on the rod tip had a chip in the ceramic. Cuts through the PP like butter. 
I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix the tip? I thought I saw this question posed before, so hopefully someone has the info. I know they are good about replacing them, but I don’t have any sales receipts and I don’t even think they would cover this. I also don’t want to ship it out and wait for a replacement if there is an easy repair I can do.
