Minnesota River- Blackdog/Cedar bridge?

    I was wondering if anybody had any info about fishing this area? I often see people fishing below the 77 Cedar bridge in Eagan and thought I’d give it a shot. Any info or tips would be appreciated. I haven’t shore fished the river for a few years now, can those no roll sinkers be found at Gander? Thanks guys,Brian
