It’s in the 2008 catfish insider and I am wondering what other people think. I am pretty sure I know the answer, but I thought I would raise the debate anyway. I am sure some walleye guys will come here and cause trouble. 
My answer is no. I wouldn’t mind using one to scout structure…not that anyone is going to drop a camera down in a snag and hope they don’t lose it.
