FYI: Just found these:

Big Cat Quest on Ch.59 GAC (for Comcast) at 6:30 am this Saturday.

Also, saw that Friday at 4:30 on Ch.270 is an In-Fisherman that they will be TROLLING for Blues.

Anybody know of any other shows/times?!?!?!?!? for cats or sturgeons?

I do not, but thanks for the heads up. I think we should start a thread or use this one for people to pass along catfishing shows or segments of shows to treat our fever.

Hey Jarrett – I think that trolling idea would work perfect on the St Croix. They picked up blues, channel cats and a nice flathead. I think we need to give this a try.

I knew I had seen the information about trolling for blue cats before. The April / May 2007 issue of In-Fisherman magazine has an article titled “Blues on Boards”. It describes in detail the set-ups they were using on this weeks In-Fisherman TV show about trolling for blues. It was nice to see the video as it really compliments the article and gives you a chance to see the rigs in action. After viewing the television show I really think this would be good technique for the Lake St Croix portion of the St Croix River. I may test this out this next season.

Would trolling for them work kind of in the same way Brett drifts for them?

Sounds like a great way to locate the active cats, I think where we ended last season would be a great place to start in the spring with some planar boards.
Might have to locate some down riggers for some deeper water Croix cat trolling
