    We didn’t have a sonar along…I’m guessing 25 to 30 feet. As far as the size goes..there were some smaller ones. Maybe 10-15 pounds …it’s really hard to say…but looking at the lower jaw on the one fish…I’ve only seen that on 30+ pound fish.

    Just imagine how fun it would be if they actually schooled like that when they were active. I guess it’s a good thing they don’t. Who knows what the population would be like if that were true.
