    I think Touh took a picture of me playing with the salamander. I hadn’t seen one since I was a kid. Damn thing swallowed the whole hook though. Had to cut the line and through him back.

    They are aggressive. I found one dried up on the shore. Had a walleye jig in it and the line was wrapped around driftwood.

    I have a longer scisors so I cut the line as short as possible usually in the mouth.
