Brian’s relatives sure is garsh darn goofy.

I like his little tune at the end there. I have never been so proud to call myself a yank. I am surprised that the guy didn’t start treating the fish like his sheep.

Why is he throwing in all those manufacturer names??? He think they are going to endorse his “fishing” video.

Yeah, I don’t really feel that I am a “Northerner” very often but now is one of those times.

I don’t have sound in the bait shop here…but I’m thinking it wouldn’t have made that video much better.

I’m sure they are following the law from the state that they are in. Can’t really hold it against them as that’s the way they were brought up.

Sure hope thier fishery gets good enough where they don’t have to use hoop nets someday.

You absolutely need sound for it Brian. As far as the netting goes, I could care less, since I don’t fish there.

You should see the other 2. Actually, you might remember Joe from Mill Ruins 2 years back.

    A couple of quotes:

“Oh I forgot a fade on it now”

Scorsese: “What’s it say about 60”
    Scorsese’s cousin/brother-in-law: “27, 8 pounds”

“Zoom up on that. Let me see if ya can hit the electronics” Translation: Use the zoom and see if you can read the digital display on my scale.
“Can you hit the electronics”. Translation: Can you read the digital display?

    “Backwoods Catting” Lyrics

    On a mission
    Cuz you done gone fish’un

I’m not sure which is worse… that video, or the one floating around from the Belle Plaine Cat Contest last year.

It is really said to see the fish we admire and respect treated with such disregard.

Who else thinks that guy went around telling people that he caught two 60 pound flatheads even after he saw what the scales read?

Yeah. I run into people all the time at the boat ramp who claim they have caught 50 and 60 lb catfish. Had a guy the other day said he got a 100lber back home in Mississippi. I just nod and try to smile.

The real sad part was that Fat Boy video was rated as the number one cat fishing video on you tube.
Someone needs to start removing his pink shirt.
