red river channels

    does anyone have any reports from the red river? I am kinda thinking about a trip up there in the next few weeks and I would take a day to fish the river if there are any good reports

    from what I’ve heard the river is up quite a bit and flowing pretty fast, you may want to hold off!

    I just got back from Lockport. The river is high. Cats are tight to shore in the reeds.

    20 pound channel cats + 2 feet of water + float fishing = fun.

    The US side is flooding very bad right now. Grand Forks is high, high, high! I would put that trip on hold for awhile.

    thanks guys, when I make it I will most likely be heading out from grand forks. but I guess I will have to hold off on that trip for a while
