Let me introduce Bob and Diane. I had the pleasure of spending the evening with them last night.

Diane’s question to me was “do bullheads get dizzy when they are cast out?” I told her that since I didn’t know the answer, (since I never realed one back in to ask)…I would ask on IDA as someone knows the answer here!

The photo above is Bob and Diane with Diane’s personal best walleye at 27 inches.
More info on this trip coming soon.

I’d say it depends on if the sinker hits them on the way out.

You can solve the mystery quite easily here’s how:
    1) Use a bullhead with the largest eyes you can
    2) Cast him out there, but don’t let it sit too long where something will come along and grab’em before you can find out the answer
    3) Quickly reel him back in, time is critical here! Get him in the boat holding him still
    4) If his eyes keep fluttering back and forth the darn thing is dizzy!

Let us know your results on the next outing

The easiest way would be to grab a bullhead and throw it up in the air and catch with your bare hands. When the pain subsides, have one of your foofoo drinks. Look in the mirror and say what was I thinking. Then take a nap. Does that answer your question? I hope not. I need another captain.
