I picked up a buddy and his lady and made are way to the St Croix. Around 1030 we had something strip my cut bait 3 times in 5 minutes but never felt any weight which ended up being one of the smallest sturgeon I’ve caught. After a few more moves we got down to one of my more productive spots latley. I finally caught my first flat of the year and my pb. Still isn’t a bruiser but hopefully going to keep beating my pb all summer.

Now if someone could tell me how to post pictures from my phone. I have droid razor Maxx. I click on manage photos and the next screen comes up but when I click on choose file it doesn’t pull up your albums like on the computer.

Mr. Bright. I also went out last night from Boom, and caught nothing. As far as pictures, I like to email them to myself and then put on my desktop so they are easy to find.

Well you had much more action then we did!

We had one short ZIPP out of a reel and found the bullhead head’s smashed.

‘Course it wasn’t until 10pm or so that I found out there was a banana in the boat.

To upload photos from your phone you’ll need to change browsers. I hear Chrome is great. I use Fire Fox for uploading photos…or as suggested above, email them to myself and post from the desktop.

    Now we’re cooking with gas!

Nice fish! I’m not sure who the young lady is in the background, but if a flathead puts a smile like that on her face, she’s ok in my book!

Now I have to buy some more rods for flats. I have two cheap spinning combos I’ve been using for channels and sturgeon and one Berkeley big game 7′ with a Abu 5500. The few flats I’ve caught have been on a 8′ mh guide series muskie rod with a Abu 6500. I’d like to add atleast one more rod for flats that will not hurt the budget.
