    The River is 16.8 feet in the Fargo Moorhead area. 61 degrees.
    The water level is falling like the plug was pulled.May be the weekend rain will help. Cut sucker and cut gold eye, Fish in the middle of the channel deep then up near the banks later in the day. No truly large fish but some nice ones.
