Our first trip on the Minnesota this weekend got me thinking about prop guards. Has any one used one and what did you think? I came across a submerged tree limb this weekend and folded over one of the fins on prop for my 35 merc. Being that I spend most of my time on the Minnesota, high end speed isn’t on the top of my list.

Hey Goat I have a merc 35 1987 I think. Im gonna make a prop guard for mine that looks like the Mac’s river runner. I can make you one at the same time no charge you pay for metal. PM me if your interested.
