I made it out by stillwater bayport thanks to sharptailer last week. We didn’t have the best luck but had a good time. Headed back out with a few guys fri thru sun. We found good numbers but none over 47″. We headed home sunday afternoon and decided we had to get back out so tues morning we loaded back up and had 12 in the boat in the first hour and a half. We continued to pick a few up here and there but didn’t have much of a bite last night like we did over the weekend.

Heading out, most likely from Beanie’s on Saturday. What do you guys think the cold snap will do to the fish? Turn them on, or off?

Thanks for the update Mr. Bright!

Doug, I’m guessing you’ll get out no matter what the bite does. I would put a quarter on it!

The one thing I know for sure is there will be less boat traffic and that make me…

You gonna be out Brian? The NWS is saying chance of SNOW showers in the morning, and cahnce of rain showers afternoon. Less boats indeed. Probably a bit different than LAbor Day weekend, huh?

Snow? I’m a light weight fair weather fisherman. If what you say about the weather ends up being true, I’ll just take the FW to the Bungalow and we’ll pretend we went fishing.
