    Joe Chadwick visited his favorite haunt on the Kickapoo River this morning and scored some sweet Catfish. Joe was fishing in Crawford County with family. He was using stink bait. Joe wanted everyone to know he was not one dimensional.

    That brings back some memories right there. The Kickappo was one of my first catfishing adventures. I remember fishing for “fiddlers” with my uncle when I was 6 or 7 just outside of Steuben. Great place to speed fish snags from a canoe.

    Another cool thing about those is the red fins. None of the fish in the lake here have those red fins.

    I think it’ll stay on a Wooly Worm or a Deer Hair Bass Bug .

    I’ve never seen that before. I thought it was just because they were dead and getting pale.
