out to be the best day so far this season.
I wanted to take my FIL up to pool 4 but after all the tournaments and weather change I opted to head south to a favorite haunt.
The Walleyes were not cooperating at all so I decided to tell my FIL it was time for cat’n, we tried all the newest stink baits with NO results ,so I mentioned it was time to go back to the ole clump of crawlers and it paid off tremendously in a different kind of way.
First pic is a 40″ and 2nd pic was a 57″ Sturgeon 3rd pic is the bend of channel cat rod with a 57″ sturggy playing tug o war. 
which in fact took out the drag on reel.Good thing I know a guy that can fix that issue.
The 57″er is a PB for him, he got giddy like a little kid after we boated his PB.
