    Boat…check
    Bait tank…check
    Fishing license…check
    Chain saw…check
    Booking trips…check

    Water temp….

But this is always the time to get out and check what winter has done to your locations. This year, it might not be much with the low flow.

I got one bush starting to turn purple. I think the others felt this cold weather before the bloom was set in motion and said, screw this, we’ll wait a week or two.

I looked at my photos last year of my mushrooms and I am going by the fern heights instead. Still a few weeks away according to them. I need them to uncoil before I think I can look and fence off any popping up.

Looks like a return to warmer temps next week. Seriously considering a camp out in the near future..
