Wanted: Bait Tank!

    Im in need of a large bait tank…. A stock tank of 100+ gallons….Anyone got one for sale….

    Ive seen a few on CL, but just not what Im looking for. (or too far to drive)

    Those 275 gallon tanks with the cage welded around them would work awesome!! Just cut the top of the tank off with a sawzall. Drain at the bottom too!! CL has a bunch- make sure its food grade tho.

    There are lots of options from stock tanks to bathtubs.

    Shop at appliance shops for broken deep freezers and you will have an insulated tank at a bargain price.

    We use a deep freeze and it works great. Big enough to hold numbers of baits and doesn’t look terribly intrusive (important if you are married).

    I bought a timer for those hot summer days. I run the freezer for about 4 hours and that keeps the water close to 55 degrees.
